Financial FAQ

We aim to make your path to care as straightforward as possible. Here are answers to common questions about insurance, payments, and billing.

Can I use my HSA or FSA for appointments?

Yes, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are accepted methods of payment for all our psychiatric services, including evaluations and medication management.

Do you bill insurance directly?

For in-network plans, we handle the billing process directly. If you are using out-of-network benefits, we provide a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement.

How do I know my specific co-pay?

We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly via the number on the back of your card to verify your mental health outpatient benefits and co-payment amounts prior to your first visit.

When is payment due?

Payment for co-pays or self-pay rates is due at the time of your appointment. We keep a card on file in our secure patient portal to facilitate seamless billing.
